Refund policy

For finished items, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item should you wish to exchange it. All rings are subject to a resizing fee and can't be exchanged for another size.

As we are incredibly devoted to creating the uniquely perfect fit for each client, customized items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit. These designs are intended for you with your taste and personality in mind - to find a buyer for your ideal ring would be impossible.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not currently accept any returns/refunds. If you are unhappy with your item, please see our exchange policy for alternative options.

We strive to create precise, beautiful works of art, and therefore guarantee our workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to ensure long term enjoyment. M. Kobernik Designs products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, M. Kobernik Designs is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs.

Theft, loss, or damage of a center stone (such as a diamond) is not covered under warranty, and should be covered under your Home Owners Insurance policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your policy limits and requirements.

Additional work done on our jewelry (sanding, cutting, soldering, polishing, etc.) by any jewelry company other than us, M. Kobernik Designs, voids our warranty.



Shipping policy

Finished Pieces: 
Completed items are able to be shipped within 3-5 business days. If sizing is needed please allow an additional 5-7 business days.

Custom Rings and Bands: 
We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio. Custom pieces can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive once your order is placed. If you will be needing your item by a specific date, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at Every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

International Orders: 
Please note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in each product’s listed price, nor the shipping cost; these charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine what any additional cost might be.

Exchange Shipping: 
Exchanged items must be in new and re-saleable condition, and postmarked and shipped within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order. We request that you please pack your exchange in the original box, ship your order with an insured courier, and retain your receipt. M. Kobernik Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number on your authorization form. Once your exchange is processed, your new piece will be shipped back out to you. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchange items.
